Every legal user of a Zoner product has the right to receive technical support directly from its producer - Zoner, Inc. To get an answer to your technical-support questions, you have to become a registered user by sending the registration card for your program (if it is a boxed product) or registering it online.

Please describe the problem precisely and, if this problem causes the program to crash or hang, then describe steps you must take to cause this, as well as the module and the address where a crash occurred. (You'll find these under the Details... button in the dialog regarding the crash.)
