Only registered users are entitled to technical support from the Zoner Software staff. We always treat your queries seriously—nothing is swept under the table.

To responsibly answer your query, we need to know a few pieces of technical data about your product and computer. This is the reason behind the mandatory fields in this form.

To obtain the requested information regarding your graphics card, right-click on the Windows desktop, use the “Properties” item in the right-click menu, and switch to the “Settings” tab. It contains brief information on your monitor and graphics card. To determine your processor type and RAM, check the BIOS screen, shown shortly after you start your computer.

Problem description:


For information on the product and build number, use the Help menu’s “About…” item.

In the Brief Description, enter a brief description of the problem—e.g. “Installation is failing,” “The program is crashing while copying files,” “The Enhance Colors window contains an error,” etc.

Please include the steps needed to reproduce the problem if appropriate, or note if the problem occurs randomly or under all circumstances.
