Support and Development Phaseout for Older Versions 

Our developers and support team are fully focused on making Zoner Photo Studio X the best software for your photos. Maintaining older versions and repairing errors in them costs us a great deal of time and effort. Because of this, with a few exceptions we will now be fixing errors solely in ZPS X.

Customers of our older versions (18, 17, and below) can still turn to technical support, but subscribers to ZPS X have priority in customer-query handling. We will resolve queries connected with older versions as time permits.

When contacting customer support, please have your Zoner Account e-mail ready, so that we can properly classify your query and, for ZPS X subscribers, give it first priority.

We are introducing these changes gradually for the different versions, depending on their ages:

  • Support and development have been discontinued for ZPS 16 and below.
  • For ZPS 17, we guarantee support and development until June 30th, 2017 (This software went off the market on June 23rd, 2016).
  • For ZPS 18, we guarantee support and development until June 30th, 2018 (This software went off the market on September 30th, 2016).
