We declare that this data serves only for use in identification during purchases at ZONER Inc. and will not be provided to third parties or otherwise abused. By confirming your purchase, you are providing your agreement with the sending of offer e-mails by the ZONER Inc. e-shop.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment, Purchase Contract

A purchase contract is created when you confirm your order. This is the moment of creation of the mutual rights and responsibilities between the buyer and seller.

By closing this purchase contract, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these terms and conditions and that they agree to them. In the case of a purchase of an electronic software license (ESD), by closing a contract, the purchaser is expressly confirming their agreement with the delivery of digital content (a software license).

Terms and Conditions for the Zoner Postcards Service

The Zoner Photo Studio and Zoner Postcards mobile apps, the Postcards function in Zoner Photo Studio, and the Zoner Postcards web service are made for sending postcards using the Zoner Postcards service. Through the use of any of the above-mentioned applications, you are providing agreement with these conditions.

The user bears full responsibility for the content of the postcards they send and for their being free of legal and moral defects. ZONER Inc. reserves the right to refuse to process any order that shows signs of violating the law or ethics or potentially causing harm to third parties.

The user bears full responsibility for the correctness of the information they provide (the recipient’s address).

If the address is provided incorrectly or incompletely, the user does not have the right to reimbursement of damages in the case of non-delivery of the postcard.

ZONER Inc. bears no responsibility for transportation delays or non-delivery of a package due to reasons on the part of the delivery service (Česká pošta, s.p., Česká republika, and other delivery services). ZONER Inc. can only guarantee the correct creation of the postcard itself and its correct transfer to the delivery service.

The user does not have the right to compensation for direct, indirect, or any other damages caused by non-delivery or late delivery to the recipient or by damage to the postcard during delivery. In the case of legally guaranteed compensation, the amount of this compensation does not exceed the price paid for the provision of the Zoner Postcards service.

The estimated postcard delivery time given on the website and in the application is strictly for orientation, and financial compensation cannot be demanded on its basis. Postcards are sent off for delivery by the first working day after their submission at the latest.

No financial or other compensation can be demanded for postcards sent for free as a gift or as part of a promotion.

The price and conditions for Zoner Postcards can change without prior warning.

Canceling Orders

Order cancellation can be performed via email or phone. The information needed for order cancellation is: the name, email, and order number.

Withdrawal from Contract

The right to withdrawal from contract cannot be applied, as the subject of the purchase is not physical goods (but rather electronic software distribution).

Other Provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from February 1st, 2016 until further notice.
